What is Sunset N Reset?
Here’s the scoop: I will be posting some of my favorite original sunset pictures on my Instagram account in an effort to bring us together and support each other’s goals so that we can Goal Together & Grow Together. Everyone has goals no matter how big or small (remember… it’s all relative!). And I think that it’s safe to say that many of you have reached your goals whether they are fitness-related, health-related, personal-related, family-related, community-related, etc. If someone has a goal listed that you’ve already met, comment to share your secret to achieving it! This will be a great way to talk through your journey and get (& give!) tips/tricks/etc.
